Eunice Elliott is the co-anchor on the morning show at WVTM-13, the NBC Affiliate in Birmingham, Alabama. She joined the NBC team in 2013 as the traffic reporter and advanced to the morning co-anchor role in March of 2016. Eunice has quickly become an audience favorite because she honors the trust of the viewers and connects with them through her storytelling. Her role has been critical in the ratings lift that the station has enjoyed.
A native of Bessemer, Alabama, Eunice is a graduate of The University of Alabama where she earned a BA in Journalism with a minor in Theatre.
Because she has a very versatile skill set for news, sports and entertainment Eunice brings a wealth of experience to the anchor desk. She is a passionate sports fan, and her early career at ESPN, the Tennessee Titans and The FedEx Orange Bowl Committee positioned her as an entrepreneur managing public relations for professional athletes. She maximized all of these experiences when she proposed and produced a sports episodic series for Comcast South; “The Other Side of The Bench” with the Atlanta Falcons.
Eunice performs regularly as a stand-up comedian; which has made her delivery in voice control, tempo and ad-libbing exceptional.
