Taylor Vippolis is a sports reporter and college football analyst currently with Inside Carolina, owned by 24/7 Sports and CBS Sports. In this role, he covers all things Tar Heel Football ranging from breaking news to pre and post-game analysis.

 

Vippolis graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016. While in school, he played wide receiver for the Tar Heels from 2013 to 2015. His senior season marked one of the most successful campaigns in UNC’s history finishing 11-1 as ACC Coastal Champions.

 

During the 2016 season, Vippolis worked directly with the football team as a correspondent. There he was instrumental in creating both informative and engaging content to help the staff and players tell their stories and connect with fans. His feature, “Rapper or Racehorse?” with former Head Coach Larry Fedora was showcased on ESPN’s SportsCenter. Vippolis was also a regular contributor on WRAL-TV, the NBC-affiliate station, in the Raleigh-Durham region as a college football analyst during the 2016 season.

 

With a mix of profound sports knowledge and the ability to break-down any topic, Taylor is relatable to fans. His credibility and consistent presence across social media platforms make him a go-to on college football in the ACC and all things sports.
