Wes Hall is the quintessential hyphenate talent; he is a sports TV host, radio personality, and voice-over talent.
He currently co-hosts ‘DC Sports Live,’ weeknights, and ‘Wizards Pregame Live’ on NBC Sports Washington. In his previous role for the network, he hosted the Wizards Outsiders. He was also the color analyst for the Washington Valor of the Arena Football League.
Wes also co-hosted “Wiz Got Next,” winner of Best New Sports Show at the 2017 Cynopsis Sports Media Awards, and “Valor Gameday,” both for Monumental Sports Network, while functioning as a sports commentator covering football, basketball, cycling, tennis. In 2017, he was the in-game host for the Washington Valor and Washington Mystics, as well.
Over the past few years, Wes was the In-Game Rules Expert for the XFL’s DC Defenders. He managed that role while hosting “The Hang Suite” on Washington DC’s WHUR – 96.3, “The Slo Jam Show” on HOT923TheBeat.com. In 2006, Wes started his career in terrestrial radio, KHHT-HOT 92.3, and it became the home of The Late Night with Wes, six nights a week. He went on to work for CBS Radio – KTVW before transitioning to television.
Wes is also the imaging voice of multiple radio stations, and his voice-over work has been heard on The Howard Stern Show, numerous commercials, films, and promotional campaigns throughout the country (Fabletics, Hyundai, Vice).
A graduate of Tennessee State University, Wes is an active member of NABJ and SAG-AFTRA.
